- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst customer service I've ever had. I waited over an hour to open an account. Meanwhile there were five people providing service and four of us waiting. It's the biggest waste of time I've ever seen of banking employees. People were greeting, but no one was actually working. I was waiting to open a checking and small business account. Both of which I will be doing with My credit union or another bank. I highly recommend suntrust or another bank. They value your time.By Janelle Jackson, March 16, 2017
